Rishi kapoor has worked extensively on recovery matters, consumer matters, service matters, civil disputes, property disputes, tax matters, drafting of writs and SLPs along with the drafting of counter-affidavits, rejoinders, notices, original applications, Summary suits, suits for recovery, criminal complaints cases, fresh petitions, and other interim applications. Also worked in pleading before Arbitral Tribunals consisting of both experts as well as judicial members.
He also has good experience in Drafting agreements both International as well as national, Title search reports, legal audits, vetting, and NECs.
